Print and play
Any standard home printer works. Most Kiddalou activities can be printed in color or black and white, while Spot the Difference works best in color because some of the changes are color-based.

Before you print
Four small things that help every printable come out just the way it was designed.
- Paper size. Every pack comes in US Letter and A4. Pick the version that matches your paper, then select 100% or Actual Size whenever your printer offers it.
- Paper type. Plain copy paper is fine for puzzles, writing, math, and most everyday activities. For coloring pages, slightly heavier paper can hold up better if your child presses hard or uses markers.
- Color or black and white? Most Kiddalou activities work perfectly in black and white. Spot the Difference should be printed in color because some of the differences are color changes. Coloring pages are intentionally black and white so kids can add the color themselves.
- What to color with. Colored pencils, crayons, and oil pastels all work beautifully on the coloring pages. If using markers on thin paper, slip a spare sheet underneath in case the ink bleeds through.
At home, on the road, in the classroom
For quiet afternoons and long trips
A printable needs no battery, no signal, and no charger. Print a handful of pages, slide them into a folder, and you have a lightweight screen-free activity kit ready for planes, road trips, restaurants, waiting rooms, or a quiet afternoon at home.
For teachers, homeschoolers, and caregivers
Teachers, homeschooling families, librarians, and caregivers are welcome to print Kiddalou resources for personal, home, or classroom use. The files may not be sold, redistributed, included in paid products, or reposted as your own work.
When a free printable is not enough
The printables are a good way to see how a Kiddalou activity works. The books take the same idea further: one theme explored several ways, with facts to discover, creative challenges, a hidden Lou in the artwork, and a cut-out diploma to keep.
Quick answers
Are Kiddalou printables really free?
Yes. Every pack on this page downloads straight from the site, with no account, no email address, and no watermark. The bonus packs that come with our books work differently: those are unlocked with the QR code printed inside the book.
What paper size are the printables?
Every pack comes in two versions, US Letter (8.5 × 11 inches) and A4. Download the one that matches your printer and it prints at full size, with no scaling and no cut-off edges.
What ages are the printables for?
Kiddalou is made for kids roughly 4 to 12 years old, with different books and printables designed for different stages within that range. Ages are a guide, not a rule: each book shows its recommended age range clearly, and you know your child better than the number on a cover does.
Can I use them in the classroom?
Yes. Teachers, homeschooling parents, librarians, and anyone spending an afternoon with a room full of kids are welcome to print our free sheets and hand them out, as many times as they need. What is not allowed is selling our files, bundling them into a paid resource, or reposting them as your own work.
Be the first to know about the next book
We only write when a new Kiddalou book is out. No weekly emails, no noise. Just the good news.
